At CanterX, we want you to love your order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it easy.
✅ Returns
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be:

Clean and undamaged

In original packaging

With all tags and labels attached
Items not eligible for return:

Used or worn items

Items returned with dirt, horse hair, or signs of use

Custom or personalised products

Sale or clearance items (optional: you can remove if you want to accept returns on sale items)
✅ How to Request a Return

Full name

Item(s) you wish to return

Reason for return
We will respond with return instructions and the return address.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
✅ Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
✅ Exchanges
If you need a different size or colour:

We will check availability

If the item you want is in stock, we will arrange an exchange

If it is not available, you can choose a refund or store credit
✅ Faulty or Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery

Provide photos of the fault

We will replace the item or issue a refund after verification
✅ Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:
