At CanterX, we aim to process and deliver all orders quickly and safely. Please read our shipping policy before placing an order.


Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is completed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next working day.

  • During busy seasons, processing times may be slightly longer. If there are delays, we will notify you by email.


UK Shipping Only

At the moment, we only ship within the United Kingdom.
International shipping is not available right now, as we are a newly launched business.


Delivery Time (UK)

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days

  • Express Delivery (if available): 1–3 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on courier delays, weather, or seasonal demand.


Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Weight and size of items

  • Delivery speed selected

From time to time, we may offer Free UK Shipping promotions.


Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive:
✔ A confirmation email
✔ A tracking number (if tracking is available)


Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Parcels

  • CanterX is not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect delivery information entered at checkout.

  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours and include photos. We will do our best to resolve the issue.

  • If your package is delayed, we will contact the courier to investigate.


Wrong Address

If you entered the wrong delivery address, email us immediately at:
